At Betterworks, we’re dedicated to providing the technology, processes, and expertise to motivate and engage the workforces of today to ensure the success of our customers tomorrow. To that end, I’m thrilled to announce that Josh Bersin is now an independent advisor to the Betterworks Board of Directors, where he will help guide our continued innovations in enterprise continuous performance management processes and technology.
The way in which people work within and for enterprises continues to evolve quickly and is only growing more complex. HR teams need to proactively partner with their C-suite executives to recognize the critical workforce trends and adapt. Josh’s in-depth perspective into the current and future needs of HR leaders and their organizations around talent and performance management is truly one-of-a-kind. He has spent more than 25 years educating and informing HR and business leaders, helping them craft effective, forward-thinking practices within their own organizations.
Josh will be joining a cadre of HR luminaries that have also aligned themselves with Betterworks’ vision and mission, including Domo CFO Bruce Felt who recently joined our board as an independent director, as well as several new members to our exclusive HR Advisory Council which is chaired by Laura Garnett.
All of our partners and advisors provide us a deep bench of knowledge and experience we will use to inform and develop the innovative, leading solutions that are most needed to motivate today’s workforce.
