Betterworks Appoints Ashley Litzenberger as Senior Director, Product Marketing
New hire reflects company growth and plans for HR platform expansion
MENLO PARK, Calif. – February 9, 2024 – Betterworks, the leader in modern enterprise performance management solutions, today announced that Ashley Litzenberger has joined the company as Senior Director, Product Marketing. In her new role, Litzenberger will oversee key marketing functions including product messaging, new product launches, competitive intelligence, analyst relations, new product research, and sales enablement.

Before joining Betterworks, Litzenberger was head of segment marketing at HR solution provider Lattice after being promoted from her position as senior director of product marketing. Before that, she worked at EVERFI, most recently as director of product marketing, corporate compliance, and higher education. Earlier in her career, she worked for consulting and software firm EAB, first as a senior analyst, higher education and later as associate director, product marketing. Litzenberger holds a Master’s degree in Education from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy from Middlebury College.
